Reasonable Change to online Ticket service for Greyhound customers
We bought a Greyhoundticket and my name was on the ticket when it printed out which was supposed to be my stepdaughters WE called immediately after their website glitch/error. We talked with 4 people that night .They would not change the name or refund the payment The online site put the ticket in my name and it was supposed to be in my stepdaughters. Her name is different . If we had put the ticket in my name and paid with her credit card they would have charged 18 dollars more for the gift card which they didnt. It charged her credit card account with no gift card fee. and my name was on the ticket. I dont know how you got my name as it was not on the online site. We are so upset that this happened and that you did not help us. It is not a good way to do business I do not recommend this bus line at all for anything. This will affect everyone buying online tickets
