We have all been there.  3 hours into feasting on all you can eat fatty foods, when your bowels tell you it's time to make the D2 Dash.  So you sprint to the toilets, only to find both are locked.  Who knows how long those poor people will be suffering in there? Should you wait, or should you run down stairs to Deets? People shouldn't have to do this any more! If we add a third floor dedicated to taking much needed dumps, the average suffering of the Virginia Tech student will drop significantly.
