The ACLU knows about police/law enforcement over reach and abuse of their power. The cops have been smug and feeling secure that no one (among the targeted group) is going to figure this out, that all this damage is caused by radiowaves. After all, most of us know these radiofrequency devices for playing easy music and not causing such horrific assaults.
