 Ever since the Cleveland Browns were re-established in 1999 as an expansion team, the culture of the organization has been absolutely horrid. There have been 22 different quarterbacks and 9 different head coaches in the 16 years that the Browns have been trying to "get it right".  This only proves that the true problem lies within ownership and the front office.  As long as the culture remains the same, quarterbacks and coaches will continue to flow through the revolving door of this losing machine, and honestly it is a complete and utter embarrassment.  Cleveland Browns fans spend thousands upon thousands of dollars to support a losing team and most will now tell you that enough is enough! Jimmy Haslam, it's time to bring back the only true connective to the winning culture that once was.  It's time to bring Bernie Kosar in to establish the winning tradition of Browns football, by making him the General Manager!  Bernie understands Cleveland and supports this team more than anyone in that Berea office.  The Cleveland Browns have tons of talent, they just are horrible at utilizing it.  Jimmy Haslam, it starts with you! Take on the winning attitude and initiative by bringing back one of the Browns' greatest quarterbacks to lead this team again, only this time, from the General Manager position! The fans will believe in this team again, and hope for a winning culture will be restored! It's time to act now!
