The Knox Family would like charges brought upon every adult that was at the house where 9 year old Kimberly Marie Knox was found unresponsive facedown in her bed May 23, 2021. After several months the Toxicology Report revealed that she died from an overdose of fentanyl. We were told by her biological mother that she allegedly died from natural causes/ cardiac arrest in her sleep. She also stated in several reports that she only Administered Benadryl to her. The adults at that house at the time should be held accountable for the death of an innocent child. Fentanyl is a powerful synthetic opioid that is similar to morphine but is 50 to 100 times more potent.1,2 It is a prescription drug that is also made and used illegally. Like morphine, it is a medicine that is typically used to treat patients with severe pain, especially after surgery.3 It is also sometimes used to treat patients with chronic pain who are physically tolerant to other opioids.4 Tolerance occurs when you need a higher and/or more frequent amount of a drug to get the desired effects. Kimberly didn’t deserve to be murdered at the hands of her love ones!!!! Justice for Kimberly
