We now have a constant barrage of noisy fireworks at all times and any day during the week.We are asking for the law to be changed to restrict to certain times not for instance 11pm onwards on a Sunday night.The other solution which has been taken up by many countries is the sale of vibrant but quiet fireworks which are animal and neighbour friendly.This situation we are in at the moment is creating stress for residents and animals throughout the borough it is a continual occurrence at the moment and getting out of control.
