Bring to termination racist employers at SUNY Buffalo State
The Issue
A Black student was racially profiled and they are labeling it as miss identification. He hasn’t received an apology but was close to being charged for distribution of alcohol, misbehaving, trespassing and such other extreme violations, that could resulted in housing expulsion. In the Residents Assistant’s manual, states that if we are not 100% sure of a person’s identity we should not include them in any reports. The people who are supposed to speak out in regards to these racial injustices have been silenced in fear of losing on-campus positions and offers. This has not been the first occurrence of a racially insensitive motive, as it presents a consistent behavior every year. Therefore, the student body is tired of such behaviors and is asking for new policies and justice for those who have been wrongfully accused.
