I have forwarded the petition to Jim Logue ahead of the meeting tomorrow morning at the NLC headquarters in Motherwell.

I have copied into the email Neil Gray, MP, Councillor Robert McKendrick and Ross Thompson from the Wishaw press newspaper.

Thanks to each and every one of the signatories and to those who have donated to help the petition.

I am not able to attend the demonstration at the Civic centre unfortunately but I have requested a meeting with Jim Logue to discuss the petition.

Iwish you all a peaceful but strong demonstration on behalf of the children in the local authority area.

We have a stronger voice when we stand United.
