Due to the severe and more frequent threats on the 2nd amendment from anti-constitutional tyrannical politicians like Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Sheila Jackson Lee, and others we demand that West Virginia becomes a gun sanctuary state to protect our 2nd amendment rights. By 2nd amendment sanctuary state we demand to be able to keep our guns, be able to store them where we choose, buy any ammo we choose, have any magazines including magazines that hold thirty or more rounds, and buy any gun of our choosing. Also we demand to be protected from agencies like the ATF, FBI, and any other agencies willing to comply with Joe Biden’s, Sheila Jackson Lee’s, and others demands if bills like HR-127 pass or if Joe Biden signs an executive order. We demand to be legally allowed to purchase and own any automatic weapon of our choosing as well. Last but not least we demand to be legally allowed to own any stocks and braces of our choice including bump stocks.
