We have been telling Jetstar and all business in Australia for years now that their sneaky credit card surcharges, booking and services fees added at the last second when you have to pay are outrageous and simply profiteering by them. Well the Federal Court yesterday agreed with us in action taken by the ACCC as a direct result of my petitions to see Credit Card Surcharges banned, finding Jetstar (the Qantas owned airline) and Virgin guilty of 'Drip Pricing'.
