6 Nov 2015 — Exciting news - our campaign has taken another step forward. I've been invited to be a witness at the Senate Economics Committee to talk about banning credit card surcharges. I'm going to Canberra this coming Monday – and here's how you can help in this big moment. The new Turnbull government has been using confusing language about Credit Card Surcharges claiming they will "ban" them by introducing a cap. This is not a full ban. These charges must end and its with your help that we have come this far. Help me keep pushing for a complete ban on credit card surcharges by emailing the new Treasurer Scott Morrison at scott.morrison.mp@aph.gov.au and copy nomorecreditcardsurcharges@gmail.com. Simply ask he makes sure retailers can't keep hitting us with new sneaky fees by banning credit card surcharges completely. Klaus PS We can do this!!
