I thought I had seen it all when it comes to corporate spin. But the submission by Qantas to the RBA regarding its and Jetstar's Credit Card surcharges is clearly seeking to take us all for fools. Is this really what management of these organizations thinks of its customers? Are we all going to just sit idly by while these companies rip us off with these charges? The RBA just doesn’t get it and nor do these eye gauging retailers like Jetstar. So I need you to write to the RBA expressing your concerns. Tell them WE WANT ALL CREDIT CARD SURCHARGES BANNED in Australia.
