Jessica Weidman is in her 30s and seems to have it out for me for reasons I can't quite understand. It feels like she is trying to intimidate me, potentially even hiring a lawyer to silence me.

I've been a loyal customer at Home Depot for over 25 years without any issues until she entered the picture.

In all those years, whenever I encountered a problem, I simply filed a complaint, and it had never led to me being banned—until Jessica came along. It seems people of her generation are now the ones running the show.

In my opinion, Jessica is an unkind and unfair manager. To be banned for simply asking for a piece of wood that I needed for my living room wall feels excessive. She outright denied the store employees the ability to cut it for me, even though they have previously cut pieces for entire living room walls. Honestly, it’s disheartening to see that the Home Depot in Phenix City has adopted such disappointing and unethical business practices.

The changes in Home Depot's business approach have become increasingly questionable and, in my view, almost criminal since Jessica Weidman took on the role of district manager. It’s shocking to witness how she's resorted to hiring lawyers in an attempt to silence dissatisfied customers like myself.
