The way average Americans, particularly those who are not wealthy, are treated in society can be incredibly disheartening and frustrating. It raises concerns about the fairness and equity in how individuals are treated based on their financial status. In my case, I find myself in a situation where I have done nothing wrong, yet Jessica Weidman felt compelled to issue a trespass notice against me.
This action has left me bewildered and upset, especially given the circumstances surrounding it.
Home Depot, as a corporation, appears to prioritize the use of their resources in a manner that seems more focused on bullying, harassing, and intimidating customers rather than providing a welcoming shopping environment. It seems as if their approach disproportionately affects those of us who do not possess significant wealth.
The unfortunate reality is that only customers who have ample financial resources can afford to pursue legal action, whereas I simply do not have that privilege.
This disparity highlights a serious issue in our society where access to justice and fair treatment is often dictated by one’s financial capability.
