This developer is requesting FIVE VARIANCES for this project. At what point do zoning laws become a joke?

This is completely and totally out of scale with the rest of the buildings in the area. It will destroy the cityscape from the park and take up an incredible amount of airspace. We will no longer be able to see the sky when looking out our windows into our backyards! This effects EVERYONE in the surrounding area.

Once this project is approved, it will be a FREE-FOR-ALL for developers to create as many SIX-STORY monstrosities in the area around Lincoln Park as they would like. We cannot let this project be approved.
