Pershing Field public park is located in the middle of Jersey City, New Jersey. The city is the second most populous city in New Jersey with a population of 250,000. Neighborhood recreational space is very hard to come by. I propose that the park remove the locks and fencing on the 2 baseball fields that occupy the entire playing space of the park for soccer and other sports that require room to practice it.
