The problem of homelessness in Southern California is aggressive, especially the unassessed mentally ill.  The lady pictured here is sitting in the street.  I blurred the picture to not reveal her identity.  Homeless people congregate downtown near the Missions (Fred Jordan Mission, and several others) to receive food, but there is little shelter.  Some homeless need medical attention and psychological assessments.  Who is going to help them?  Please sign my petition that I am sending to our California Leaders, Governor Brown, Maxine Waters, Dianne Feinstein, Kampala Harris and a few more so decisions can be made to help these who are less fortunate.
