The White House has referred my letter to the President, to the Department of Justice for further investigations into the Civil Rights violations. They cannot help his case based on individual claims, but they can investigate whether or not his Civil Rights have been Violated or not. Trayton has been once again moved from jail to jail. He is currently back at San Diego Donovan Correctional Facility.
