This emotionally frustrating journey has lead me to speak with a law firm; while it has been decided I do have a case, they do not want to pursue a class action lawsuit. At this point, as expressed before, it's not just about me- this about the 21 other students who were lied to and made victim to Terra State Community College's scheme of fraud! I'm not after money, I'm after what's RIGHT. Right for me, the 21 other students, and staff that has stepped forward appalled by the activities taking place at this institution. Below I am leaving links to the Department of Higher Education's Inspector General fraud complaint form. I will be filling one out and mailing it (address also included). If you were a student that this happened to I urge you to take the time for this! Form: https://www2.ed.gov/about/offices/list/oig/oighotline.pdf Mailing address/ Fax: Inspector General's Hotline Office of Inspector General U.S. Department of Education 400 Maryland Avenue,S.W. Washington, D.C. 20202-1500 Fax: (202) 245-7047 Or if you'd feel more comfortable speaking one on one their hotline is: 1-800-MIS-USED
