After the two announcements today, August 26th, many students are upset and disturbed about Jericho Senior High School's new "dress code". We, as Jericho students, feel that this "dress code" is discriminatory towards girls and their choice of clothing, including covering "chests" and "midriffs". We feel Jericho's student body should be allowed to wear attire that they feel comfortable in without the fear of staff notice and reprimand. Please sign this petition to help show Jericho Administration that this "dress code" should be revised with the voices of the students and parents included.
