27 November 2017: witnesses on Lismore Rd, Meersbrook, Sheffield, claimed that hired private security thugs pushed and assaulted a protestor attempting to prevent the felling of a mature street tree. See picture. Protestors have informed police and I will post a full report on the situation when one becomes available. In the meantime please keep sharing the petition; the situation with the tree felling in Sheffield is untenable and desperately needs mediating, preferably by Jeremy Corbyn. We will keep the petition open for some time yet.
