Help get the case looked into & a mother and son back together.

The Issue

My friend my neighbor
In 2010 I had a knock on the door from a girl who looked very happy but severely underweight & had alopecia.
She was with her one year old son at the time,
She asked me if where I was living was a nice area to bring her son up in, I had a conversation with her and said it would be a good thing as its near all shops , schools & a nice quiet area.
2 months later she was moved in , I went over there to introduce myself
After a while we became very close & I learnt of her story.

2004 She was a victim of trafficking which brought her here when she was 16, she was dropped off in Manchester as a sex worker but refused... She was then arrested due to no fault of her own.
In years to come She then tried to better herself going to the local college & learnt English
Where she past and moved on to better things she worked , studied a nvq administration & interpretation.
She was happy with how her life had ended up & in 2008 she began to party where she met her child's father.
When she first met him he seemed perfect...she later found out he was a drug addict & a alcoholic.

She was living in his family home with him & his mother and father became abusive and forceful with her.
She then discovered that she was pregnant she was so happy !
He refused & kept asking for her to get a abortion as well as her partners family saying the same thing. The family kept telling her that she was trafficked and if she was to have this child's it would be a embarrassment to the family, but she stayed strong because she wanted her own little family as she didn't have her own.
She prepared everything ready for her New arrival.
When the child was born she fell in love & I can see this from the way she talks about him.
The partners family began to become very attached to the child & would always take the baby away from her , she rarely had time with her son because , they would go in her room and take the child into there's etc.
This pained her and she became sad & alone, the couple would then argue & the domestic violence gradually got worse.
The police were called & she was put in a women's refuge where she lost her hair & weight.
She would always take care of her son and put him before her, she loved him dearly and wanted to protect him.
That takes us back to the beginning where I mentioned that I first met her & her son.
She was a well presented lady with a happy healthy son who was very happy.
When I found out her story I was shocked at how she had held everything together so well & just what a lovely happy child she had.
We began to get closer where I would go over and cook for them & she would cook amazing Moroccan food.
After a while she would ask if I could babysit if she ever had to pop out or he was sleeping and didn't want to wake him.
He was always a very happy child and was very spoilt he had everything he could dream for , I always saw the affection and love she would have for her child it was amazing to see , always smiling and giggling together.
Despite her coming from a volatile relationship she never ever held a grudge and always wanted her son to see his father.
The father was still heavily involved in drugs & drink. She would plead and beg him to stop so she knew her son was safe. Things calmed down and she eventually let her son to his fathers for a night or day.
The child was very attached to his mother crying when she would be out of sight , there bond was amazing.
Years past again he started nursery she was then working self employed cleaning clients homes, she was always struggling for money but still gave in a got everything her son wanted and needed..without her baby's fathers help as he could never offer any money.
I would always hear the ex couple arguing on the phone when she would ask if he would like him at the weekend so she could work.

2014 it happened , she broke becoming very low & manic , she wasn't herself & kept crying and telling me he wasn't helping her emotionally or material.
She was asking all professionals for help and support including Drs , support workers , nurses & even i would go with her and plead for them to help.
She was referred to a psychologist and had a diagnosis of PTSD & mania.
We all wanted to support her despite how hard it was.
She began calling me at all hours thinking there was somebody in her house , that she was seeing people in her room & snakes in the garden.
all she wanted to do was protect her son & I saw that first hand.
I would look after him so she could nap or shower.
No matter how I'll she got her son was always her number one priority.
She would be terrified to go out but would force herself to take him to play areas , parks , Lego land , throw him party's for birthdays.
Always give him the love and protection he needed it brings tears to my eyes.
August 2014
She went to work one day & needed money , she resulted in taking a sentimental item from somebody's house.
She was then arrested , & bailed , it headed to court
All she wanted was to give her son what he needed.
Like any normal day she did her sons packed lunch , packed his school bag , bathed him etc...... took him to school & returned back to her house where she had a nap
Whilst sleeping she heard a bang at the door & since then to this day has seen her son once.
She was given 18 months 9 months in hmp and 9 months on licence.
She pleaded and begged to see her pride and joy but this didn't Happen and he was given to his father and his family to look after during her sentence.
Never did she receive a call , a letter , a Mother's Day card.
She knows they have brainwashed her son , he claims he doesn't want to see mummy.
She's fighting every day to see him or hear from him , sends him letters and cards at every given opportunity.
It's hard for me to see because I know she's broken, her world has been crushed.
She thinks she has nothing to live for.
The latest is she has been given a deportation order & granted no access to her son , indirect or direct & a UK ban for 10 years.
How could this be!!!!!!!! She Would plead and beg for somebody's help or support now this is the end result.
Above all her and her son don't deserve this.
It makes me angry & ashamed to be from this country.
I feel like I need to shout it from the rooftops just to let it be known , its so sad and I just want her to have the chance to see him or not at least not be deported.
She's been granted deportation because the main reason she doesn't see her son due to no fault of her own.
