Cub hunting or “Autumn hunting” as hunt supporters like to call it, is the practice used to train young hounds how to kill foxes!

Fox hunting has been banned in the U.K. for 14 years yet it is still going on today.

If fox hunting is banned and the hunts use a “trail” why do they still train young hounds to kill foxes?

Hounds do not instinctively know how to kill foxes so they must be trained. The hunt surrounds a small wood or copse whilst the young hounds are sent to find the foxes. If a fox manages to escape the hounds, the hunt supporters band their saddles or boots to scare the fox back towards the hounds.

How is this still allowed to continue?
