Ms. Mcwhorter has been in control of Seneca SPCA for 5 years now. She is not competent to continue to do this job effectively, she is unstable, abusive, coercive and for five years has kept no records of financials for this organization. Ms. Mcwhorter seems to have her own agenda and shuns other organizations that are willing to assist the Seneca County SPCA with animal affairs. Ms. Mcwhorter has been running renegade with no accountability for too long, it is time to DEMAND her resignation and affiliation with SPCA.. Stand up and sign this petition telling her it is time for her to relinquish her position to the board and step down.
