In 2 separate cases cats have been brutally beaten, one was an officer of the law. They didn't get in trouble, simply because in Georgia instead of creating TNR programs let's anyone kill a feline without repercussions. Georgia needs TNR and humane population control. 

I need 100,000 signatures to bring before the state to affect change in my state. Please give a voice to those without them!
