KINGSTON, NY - Ulster County Area Transit (UCAT) will host a virtual Listening Session on Wednesday, October 8, from 6 PM – 7:30 PM, to hear directly from riders about recent route changes implemented in September. The session will provide an opportunity for community members to share feedback, raise concerns, and help inform future adjustments to improve service and accessibility.

Time:                   6 PM – 7:30 PM

Location:          Virtual — register at tinyurl.com/UCATListeningSession

Riders unable to attend the virtual listening session can share their feedback by completing a print survey available on UCAT buses, or by filling out the online form at https://ulstercountyny.gov/ucat/customer-survey

Ulster County is committed to ensuring that public transit meets the evolving needs of our residents. Rider input is essential to shaping a system that is responsive, equitable, and easy to navigate.
