Help protect animals from being tethered outdoors for maximum of 30 minutes

Animals, no matter what type and/or breed, are living creatures. They do not deserve to be tied to trees or so-called "houses" in extreme conditions for hours. This leads to anti-socialization and aggressive behavior, and suffering: freezing, dehydration, starvation, and death. More animals are being left in cars and left out in these conditions and nothing is being done to the owners. The owners need to be held accountable, not the animals. Please sign this petition in hopes to start helping animals become more of a household fixture and treated with the love and care that they show us.
