Windsor is about to spend 3 million dollars on a contentious, pet project belonging to Mayor Dilkens. Dilkens stated the money will not come from any budgets. This is wrong. All monies used by the city have one source. Taxpayers.

We, the undersigned Windsor Taxpayers, demand that OUR EMPLOYEES, on City Council, stop funding for this feel good project of the Mayor's, and put that money into sewer infrastructure.

Further, City Council, is to put all such feel good projects to the private sector for funding by donation, from this point on. This is the true test of a projects feasibility.
