Hello fellow residents of the Northwest Side! Alderman Arena has proposed a 100 unit, seven story, mixed income housing development to be built in Jefferson Park in hopes that it will improve the areas business district. Alderman Arena agreed to and was a part of a almost two year long study on the Gladstone Park Corridor Master Plan, which calls for all buildings in this corridor to be no higher than four stories. We kindly ask Alderman Arena to abide by the Gladstone Park Master Plan and only propose four story developments in this stretch of land.
