Cody Hetrick and Alex Smith tortured a deer back in November...the Pa Game Commission worked hard to get the information together. However the one is being charged as a Juvenile let's stop this and let him be charged like the act of his buddy...as an adult...no way does he deserve juvenile punishment...he deserves exactly what his big shot buddy gets...ADULT PUNISHMENT
