In the early hours of the morning I was feeling rather uncomfortable I knew it was time but I couldn't have my babies in this scary animal control I just had to wait and I waited and waited as long as I could . I was hoping for a nice quiet place in the back, maybe the quarantine area a place where I could feel safe giving birth to my new family away from the predators .
That was not to be. 

It took hours to have all my babies and for a few moments while cleaning them up and feeding them I actually forgot where I was .It was quiet everyone seemed to be sleeping it was quite peaceful at that moment .

Then the sun came up , things got noisy once again.  A man with a steel pole came and grabbed me around the neck and dragged me away from my babies. I cried and screamed , I begged them to let me stay with my family so that I could care for them as no one else could . I had things I needed to teach them . But that wasn't to be . They held me down as I cried and tried to get away. My last thoughts were of my pups and how they would survive without me , Then everything went dark.
