Terrence Barber should be reinstated to his original work status.

Terrence Barber should be reinstated to his original work status.
The Issue
It is apparent in the current state of communities nation wide that racial equality is an overwhelming topic. As many leaders across the nations cities attempt to ensure that we are all the same, it is soon proven that we are not. This once again being proven by the recent dismissal of Mr. Terrence Barber from his position with Palm Tran in West Palm Beach, Florida. Race relations in communities across the nation are being pushed to the limits by actions against the black community that are deterrent of equality and on the fine line and beyond of what is legally allowed or should be allowed. It is well covered in the constitution that all citizens of the United States are to be treated equally and without persecution because of their race, religion and or sexual orientation. It is in my greatest opinion that it is the responsibility of an employer to ensure that their employees safely and without discriminatory treatment/environment be able to perform their duties as hired to and agreed to by the executive branches/leadership in any given company and or organization. We as a nation not solely of the community of West Palm Beach, Florida seek the reinstatement of Mr. Terrence Barber to his position at Palm Tran to include his full status he held at the time of his untimely dismissal. We ask that the publicly unidentified visibly intoxicated white male have legal action taken against him for assault with bodily fluids per Florida Statute Under Section 776.012. We feel that for there to even begin to be justice on the part of Mr. Barber that this be made public in its entirety as was his incident of self defense and his termination. It is far beyond time for leaders and media to have to face and recant their actions publicly in the unfair treatment of our fellow citizens.
