Amazon honors Prime shipping to US addresses, Puerto Rico, and military (APO/FPO) addresses overseas. Guam is excluded from Prime shipping benefits, despite the large military population on the island. Because this is a small, isolated location, goods are expensive or difficult to find. As a result, we rely heavily on online merchants for many items. Amazon is the most commonly used retailer.  I am requesting that Amazon offer one of the following:

1.  Prime shipping benefits to Guam (free shipping on Prime-eligible items)

2. Discounted shipping charges for military and government employees stationed in Guam.
