In regards to NOAA new proposal entitled, “Protective Regulations for Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins under the Marine Mammal Protection Act"

We advocate for education over regulation and feel strongly that NOAA take no further action regulating and/or restricting human/dolphin interaction. The challenges to a healthy dolphin/human interaction can best be met by educating boaters, swimmers, and for-profit businesses.
