The Los Angeles Lakers have been a STAPLE to the fabric of our great city for decades. We have won multiple championships at Staples Center, and we want to continue doing so. This name change is BLASPHEMOUS. 

As a lifelong Laker fan, there is no place that says "home" like Staples Center. Even when I was away for school, I would see a Staples and smile. I would rarely go in, but I would be reminded of all of the legendary memories that came from being a Lakers fan. Kobe and Shaq. FIVE championship parades. Alex Caruso. The LA Junior Varsity team would even play there (Clippers). Concerts, etc. etc. 

Bottom line: Crypto? A fad. Office supplies? Forever.
