Please Sign The Petition and Demand JCPS and The Kentucky Board Of Education Fire and Terminate The Licenses of Tonkeyta Rodgers and Carla Andrews

Here is why you should:
School employees Tonkeyta Rodgers (Assistant Principal) and Carla Andrews (Special Ed Teacher) at Ballard High School in Louisville Kentucky were supposed to meet her daughter's school bus each morning and help escort the girl to her classroom.

At least one day in February of 2018, school staff members Carla Andrews and Tonkeyta Rodgers failed to do it.

A male student asked the girl to accompany him to a classroom "where a teacher was present" but instead took her to "an empty area of the school, where he raped her." The school informed Martin that her daughter had been "attacked" and later said "something to the effect that JCPS could not keep eyes on all of their students at all times,"

The girl has a "significant intellectual impairment." She has the mental capacity of an early elementary-aged student and need to be supervised by a school employee but since they weren’t doing their jobs, she was raped by a male student.

A lawsuit was filed back in late 2018 for the negligence but since then BOTH employees have be promoted.

Tonkeyta Rodgers has been promoted to Head Principal of Olmsted Academy North in Louisville Kentucky

Carla Andrews has be promoted to ECE Implementation Coach at Olmsted Academy North.

The male student was also not reported to authorities by school officials.
