The Big Day is Here

Our alumni, student body, friends, family, students, faculty and staff of JBU-in less than 24 hours raised over $900 to have 300 t-shirts available to students and faculty, and staff tomorrow. We also will be providing an educational brochure titled, "Civic Leadership In the Age of Trump" as a 7 page explanation of the injustices we named. Mr. Huckabee has heard word of student, alumni, teacher, and staff's plans to have a peaceful protesting presence at his speech tomorrow. You know he must be nervous, so let's pray for him, but let's also be bold to stand up to the rhetoric he has normalized. We do pray for Mr. Huckabee, that he will see a vision for God's Kingdom that doesn't endorse bigotry and hate that which we can see the fruit of this entire past year on his social media.
