Officially classify the Freedom From Religion Foundation as a hate group
The Issue
The (FFRF) Freedom from Religion Foundation is an anti-Christian group that tramples on the rights of thousands of Christians all across America of free speech and public expression.
The following is a legitimate site displaying the ugly truth about this group.
http://www.freedomfromreligionfoundation.com/
The FFRF wrongly claims that it is unconstitutional to have anything pertaining to God and/or the Bible displayed on government, city, and state property. They wrongly claim that such things violate the separation of church and state.
Separation of church and state is found nowhere in the U.S. Constitution. It is not in the Bill of Rights. It is not even a law.
The phrase "separation of church and state" comes from a letter written by Thomas Jefferson to assure a Baptist organization that the First amendment protected their rights. His letter was not and is not a law.
The Supreme Court, the Library of Congress, the White House, the Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials are all filled with references to God and the Bible. If separation of church and state is a law, then how did these things get there in the first place? They were put there because previous generations knew that it was not against the law.
One of the most effective ways of destroying one's opposition is to silence them. Silencing is more effective because no one hears what their opposing views are. THAT is what is happening in America!
Godly people have been silenced by (the phrase) "separation of church and state" from the FFRF's oppressive and unconstitutional ways.
We must be silent no more! We must stand together and protect our Christian freedom.
