Some citizens of West Richland are concerned with a Marijuana dispensary being established in our neighborhood, and have created a petition to try and stop it. They present their position as a logistical issue, but it's painfully obvious it is a moral issue they are struggling to cope with, likely due to lack of education on the topic and watching too many After School Specials as kids.

They do not speak for all of West Richland. Many of us are happy to welcome the new business into our neighborhood. We look forward to the benefits taxation will bring to our community as well as providing a product that will help people heal. 
For those that are complaining that there will be too much light (yes, they actually make that claim), I suggest we all pitch in and buy them curtains.
