Hate Crime Offenders Registry Washington State

Hate Crime Offenders Registry Washington State
The Issue
The people call on Governor Inslee, and the relevant powers of the Department of Justice to enact change.
This is a demand by the people to enact a Hate Crime Registry and a State-Wide Hate Offenders Database.
In 1990, Washington state began community notification of its most dangerous sex offenders, making it the first state to ever make any sex offender information publicly available. This eased public safety concerns immensely and empowered communities in making choices to keep their citizens safer.
In the time of major movements against the injustice of systemic racial prejudice and its relation to crime, alongside the current momentum for change, I am calling on Washington State to make another revolutionary step forward.
The FBI defines hate crimes as criminal offenses motivated by bias against the victim's race/ethnicity/ancestry, gender, gender identity, religion, disability or sexual orientation.
According to FBI data on hate crimes, the majority of hate crimes occur in residential/suburban areas, state owned community areas such as highways, streets, and sidewalks, and educational institutions. Hate crimes can and will occur everywhere as long as there are dignified members of the people appointed terrorist organization, the KKK, also known as the Ku Klux Klan, and people living with racism and prejudice overtly or covertly in their hearts.
One way to combat the community invasion of racial bias alongside the fight to defund the police and redistribute funding to education, and community resources is to create an updated state-wide database of the current and past hate crimes in Washington State, and a registry of any Washington state citizen who has committed these offenses.
I demand that any open or proven participant of the hate and terror organization "The Ku Klux Klan" be required by law to register, especially as their reign of vincible ignorance continues to cross over into fatal racially motivated crimes. If the president of the United States will not lead by example on the matters of safety, human rights, and justice then it should be the great state of Washington that sets this precedent for the nation to follow, as we have in the past.
The KKK and other offenders of racial hate crimes have a long history in Washington State that is often ignored until moments of political division when their stances and beliefs that are ALWAYS dangerous to the community are thus enacted upon.
I also demand that this includes ALL hate crimes in solidarity with the LGBTQIA community.
If we can do it for sex offenders we can do it for hate crime offenders.
No one should be allowed to enact the criminal hate they express in their heart on another person without community repercussions, for the safety of ALL Washington State residents.

Let Washington State set the precedent for the nation to follow in the battle against systemic dismantling of racism.
