Tisztelt Elnök úr!

A LaLiga magyarországi közvetítésének (pontosabban: nem közvetítésének) ügyében fordulunk Önhöz. 
Magyarországon ma mindössze a háztartások 3%-ában érhetők el a spanyol első osztályú labdarúgó bajnokság mérkőzései, ami véleményünk szerint egy tarthatatlan állapot. 
Az előző évektől eltérően egy új cég szerezte meg hazánkban a LaLiga közvetítésének jogait, aki viszont eddig a pillanatig (a 3. forduló végég) sem tudott megegyezni a kábelTV szolgáltatókkal az új csatornája befogadásáról, így - hiába van magyar jogtulajdonosa a közvetítéseknek - a szurkolók nem férnek hozzá a mérkőzések közvetítéséhez. 
A magyar jogtulajdonos nem teljesíti a kötelezettségeit, nem juttatja el a mérkőzéseket a fogyasztókhoz - a mai napig nem tudta megoldani, hogy a spanyol futballt közvetítő csatornája eljusson a magyar háztartások 97%-ba.

A kialakult helyzet mindenkinek a legrosszabb. 
Jelenleg százezrek kényszerülnek arra, hogy illegális csatornákon kövessék a világ legjobb meccseit, abban az országban, amely Kocsist, Czibort, Kubalát és Puskást adta a spanyol futballnak. 
Mi, szurkolók ahogy eddig is, ez után is szívesen fizetnénk azért a csatornáért, amely a kedvenc csapataink mérkőzéseit közvetíti, ám jelenleg még erre sincs lehetőségünk, mert a jelenlegi jogtulajdonos nem képes megoldani a problémákat. 

 
Tisztelt Elnök úr! 
Kinek jó ez a helyzet? Kinek az érdeke, hogy mindez így történjen? Fair az, hogy rossz üzleti döntések miatt egy ország nem láthatja a világ legjobb csapatainak mérkőzéseit? 
Mi azt gondoljuk, hogy a szurkolók, a LaLiga, a játékosok és a hirdetők érdeke biztosan nem ez. Mi azt gondoljuk, hogy szövetségesek vagyunk, mert mindannyiunk közös érdeke, hogy a spanyol futball elérhető legyen Magyarországon.

 
Kérjük az Ön szíves, azonnali és határozott közbenjárását, hogy ahogyan az elmúlt években, úgy a 2018/19-es szezonban is elérhető legyen a LaLiga minden mérkőzése, minden magyar háztartásban.

Dear Mr. President! 

 
We are contacting you in the case of LaLiga's broadcasting in Hungary (more precisely: the not broadcasting).
At the moment, in Hungary, only 3% of households are eligible to watch the games of the Spanish first-class football championship, which is - in our opinion - unacceptable.
Unlike the previous years, a new company acquired the rights of LaLiga's broadcasting in Hungary, but until today (the 3rd round) they have not come to an agreement with the cable TV providers to contract this new channel, so - despite there is a legal owner of the broadcasts - the vast majority of the fans does not have access to the coverage of the matches.
The Hungarian right-holder does not fulfil its obligations. It does not deliver the games to consumers - to date it has not yet been able to deliver its own channel that broadcasts the Spanish football to 97% of Hungarian households.

This situation is clearly the worst for everyone.
At present, hundreds of thousands are forced to follow the world's best games via illegal sources in the country that has delivered Kocsis, Czibort, Kubala and Puskas to Spanish football.
We, the fans, just like we have done so far, would like to pay for the channel that delivers the games of our favourite teams, but we do not even have the opportunity to do so now, since the current right-holder cannot come to an agreement with the cable providers.

Dear Mr. President!

 
To whom is this situation suits? Who stands to gain by that?  Is it fair, that due to a poor business decision an entire country is deprived to see the matches of the best teams in the world?
No it isn’t. And it surely not suits the fans, LaLiga, the players and advertisers. That makes us allies. We all share the common interest that Spanish football can be accessible in Hungary for the viewers.
We would like to kindly ask your prompt and resolute intercession in this matter, to ensure that all matches of LaLiga are available in all Hungarian households in the years 2018/2019 just like the recent years.

¡Estimado Señor Presidente!

Nos ponemos en contacto con Usted a causa del caso de la transmición de LaLiga en Hungría (más preciso: sin transmición).
Actualmente en Hungría, sólamente en el 3% de los hogares se pueden ver  los campeonatos de fútbol de primera clase de España, lo que en nuestra opinión es un estado inestable.
A diferencia de años anteriores, una nueva compañía ha adquirido los derechos de la transmisión de LaLiga en Hungría, pero hasta ahora (hasta el final de la 3ª ronda) no ha sido  posible llegar a un acuerdo con los proveedores de televisión por cable para aceptar su nuevo canal, por lo que desafortunadamente hay un titular legal húngaro para las transmisiones y así los aficionados no tienen acceso a los partidos.
El titular húngaro que ha conseguido los derechos de transmisión no cumple con sus obligaciones, no entrega los partidos a los consumidores, hasta el día de hoy no ha podido resolver que el canal de fútbol del canal español llegue al 97% de los hogares húngaros.

 
La situación que se ha generado es la peor para todos.
En la actualidad, cientos de miles de personas se ven obligadas a seguir los mejores partidos del mundo en canales ilegales, en el país el cuál entregó al fútbol español a Kocsis, a Czibor, a Kubala y a Puskas.
Nosotros, los aficionados - amantes del fútbol, como siempre y lo hemos hecho hasta ahora, nos gustaría pagar por el canal que transmite los partidos de nuestros equipos favoritos, pero no tenemos la oportunidad de hacerlo, ya que ahora el titular de los derechos actual no puede resolver los problemas.

 
¡Estimado Señor Presidente!
¿Para quién es buena esta situación? ¿De quién es el el interés, que todo esto suceda así?
 ¿Es justo, que debido a las malas decisiones comerciales, un país no pueda ver los partidos de los mejores equipos del mundo?
Nosotros creemos que los intereses de los aficionados, de LaLiga, de los jugadores y los medios para la publicidad, ciertamente no son estos. Creemos que somos aliados porque todos tenemos el interés en común de que se pueda lograr ver el fútbol español en Hungría.
Queremos pedirle a Usted, que muestre su interés, intente hacer un esfuerzo inmediato e intente resolver, garantizar que todos los partidos de LaLiga estén disponibles en todos los hogares húngaros en los años 2018/2019.
