Weatherford has grown considerably since this last census was documented, and is currently expanding roadways, building a loop to alleviate traffic, and new businesses are opening up left and right. We currently have no less than TWELVE places selling fried chicken, and only ONE deli which serves an extremely limited selection of salads. That one deli has about a 30-45 minute wait during the lunch rush, and there is not one single salad bar anywhere in this town! We have about a dozen burger places, a half dozen taco joints and enough BBQ to choke a horse.
