Ever since he was elected and before that Jason's actions have been hurting Killingly community and northeast Connecticut even if he doesn't mean to. Everything he has done has been an embarrassment and made the town look bad, whether it was being the VP of a hate group, sexually harassing coworkers, running for office promising (and later voting) to bring back a racist school mascot or now putting on a rally to support the police and silencing counterprotesters during it when the discussion should be about systemic racism and how the police can be reformed (or defunded and replaced!). It is not a good look for our community at all and it is an embarrassment. 

Jason Muscara says that he is not a racist and cares about people and their opinions, so he deserves a choice/chance to prove it. If enough people sign this petition, if he is really what he says he is, then he will resign from the board of Education and stop embarrassing everyone.

When people run for office, they agree to put the people's wishes first, and the people want change, not racism! If Jason Muscara is a real public servant, then he will do what the people want and say they want by signing this petition.
