Residents throughout Alberta should be protected from non essential travellers who could increase the spread of the Covid 19 virus.  Closing the parks and provincial campgrounds was a start.  Until we collectively flatten the curve in Alberta we need to close all private and municipally run campgrounds to stop further non essential holiday travel.  This protective measure, which is not meant to be a permanent scenario, will go a long way in our collective efforts to flatten the curve.

Risk mitigation plans which are required to keep private campgrounds open will not be policed properly in rural areas.  Also these rural areas do not have health care that can combat the spread of the Covid 19 virus.
