Jason Delois and His Fight for Girls' Wrestling in Indiana
The Issue
You won’t find a bigger advocate for girls’ wrestling than Jason. For over a decade, he’s been pushing to get this sport fully sanctioned by the IHSAA.
Friday, January 12th at the girls high school state tournament, Jason was escorted off the property and was unable to watch his daughter finish her senior year. I won’t go into all the details surrounding the event but Jason was treated very unfairly and was banned from IHSAA events.
Even though his daughter has been one of his athletes for her entire school and off-season career, he treats every athlete with the utmost respect and appreciation. His biggest message has always been “be a better person first”.
Please sign this petition and share it with everyone you can (or as Jason would say “bring a friend”) and share your story of the positive impact he has made in your life. We want to reverse this ban.
This petition is not meant as a personal attack against anyone or the IHSAA. We simply want to show how much he means to athletes all over the state.
