Problem
When colonialists first arrived in Japan, they were appalled by uncensored pornography, and compelled laws of censorship. As European culture has matured, these same countires have repealed their own laws on censorship. Japan is stuck in the past, however, and still has these same archaic laws. It’s time to embrace the present, and allow people to enjoy a natural human desire once again

Solution
This is an issue firmly in the hands of the Japanese Government. By showing them that the world has changed, they may be persuaded to change as well
