We as healthcare workers do not want this vaccine mandate, many of us can not take it for many different reason, medical, religious, or personal reasons. It should be everyone's individual choice to weather they want to enter a drug into there body or not. This is taking away our rights to choose for our own body's, this is taking away from what health shortage we already have, what will happen when there is a mass shortage of Healthcare workers more then it already is, what is going to happen when all these healthcare facilities do not have the staff to stay open, where are all of our elderly going to go when they have no families to take cate of them. There is bigger consequences ahead with this mandate bigger then covid19 itself.
