False Prosecution of Innocent People is out of control!  It must be stopped.

Lower Arkansas Valley Colorado – Would you believe the accusations of a convicted felon with a lengthy criminal record who has been in and out of prison and in trouble with the law since 1982 without corroborating his story? Bent County, Colorado Undersheriff Tandy Hasser would and did when she arrested 68-year-old, Fritz Sturges, based solely on accusations from an officially identified “Habitual Felony Offender” and disgruntled employee by the name of David Elmo Henry Jr.  When Mr. Sturges suspected his employee David Henry of attempting to steal his horse Homer,  Mr. Henry fabricated an untrue story and reported it to Bent County Sheriff's Department in an effort to create a diverson from his criminal act. We are petitioning James R. Bullock to personally review the facts in this case and drop the charges against Mr. Sturges and see that justice prevails and CHARGE Mr. David Henry with false reporting.
