Elias Ixcotoyac is family and losing him would break so many hearts! My sister and him has been together with their adorable family for years. They are married and their marriage is legit. They love one another. He works hard, pays taxes, takes care of his family and he is a great person.

  Everyone that cares for him will be devastated by his departure especially his children are so young they may think he abandoned them. He would NEVER do that.  These babies should not be punished. 

 My brother-in-law is in the process of the deportation legalities. He has been in the family for over ten years, closer to eleven. My sister and him have three beautiful children together. They love him so much and he is a great father. I would never stand for something or someone I did not believe in.

 He has been in this country since he was seventeen years old. He was just a kid himself. Here is what he knows now.   I do believe in going through the proper channels, but I also believe in keeping families together. I did not have that growing up and I know what that can do to children.

 If he was a criminal or a danger I would not be petitioning. To be honest, he does a lot better than many people I know that was born here on all accounts. He is a productive member of society. 

 I beg and pray that you consider allowing him to stay as a resident here with our family. Elias has helped many people in the family and has nieces and nephews that love him as well as his own children. Please let me know anything we can do to help in this process and consider him as a man, a husband, a father, a person.

 Please stop tearing apart families. I know that you have to do your job and I respect that truly. I just do not think this will be helpful for everyone that loves him and cares for him and his family here. There are more things to consider with each individual case.

 If Elias loses his appeal, he will be deported out of the United States and torn from his family. They will not be able to see him. It will break their hearts. He needs to win his appeal. This is the life he knows. Please help us win.
