I came across an article detailing talks to try and extend some form of unemployment benefits to independent contractors and self employed folks in Vermont. In this state, where entrepreneurship and small business are so encouraged, we all know someone who is a contractor or is self employed who cannot continue their business during this crisis.

We need to protect our way of life and entrepreneurs, and extend unemployment to those folks to help get all of us through this time. Sign this petition to show your support!
